Whole in the wall but they were able to sell me the phone. I can't say anything wrong about the place or workers. Workers where knowledgeable, professional and service was straight to the point in and out the store with the product that serves your best needs. Worker would ask you about what are you needing the phone for and based on your answers they will fit you with the right telephone.

Relative friendly staff but customer service skills are needed to be worked on. We came in first looking to add someone to an already existing plan, and after 7 other people came in to pay their bill and get a new phone, we were finally able to finish. Instead of finishing one task and moving to the next customer, they jumped from customer to customer- tried to do too many things at one time.

Lazy lazy lazy. Didn’t want to take the time out to even try to help. Looked at my phone and instantly said I can’t help. But didn’t even look! Won’t EVER be back here! I’ll stick to the other store where they actually take time to troubleshoot your phone!

The guy working there blocked my phone from service and had no phone use and I had to go to another store to get it turned back on again so service on again. I'll never go to bravo wireless ever again
