Byron was great. He got right to work and found and fixed the problem with my washing machine. He even gave me information on my washer that I didn't know. Fast friendly and affordable. I will call again if I'm need something else fixed.

This was our first experience with Bob's Repair Service & they were fantastic! They helped problem solve the issues with our double ovens, through countless calls, research, & assistance (whereas other local repair companies told us they "had to be replaced & weren't worth fixing"). Seriously cannot praise this place enough, and I wish we would've called sooner. Byron was our technician, super friendly, and was thorough in explaining the issue. It was a small glitch that completely prevented our dishwasher from working. Not only was he able to fix within 15 minutes but also took the time to explain how to fix it, if it happens again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
