Terrible service! Quoted one price then charged something more! Very unprofessional service from everyone that was spoken to. I would say go somewhere else. I wonder if the owner knows how his employees are.

Bob MIller's is always the best! I just replaced my 10-year-old mattress I bought from BM with a new Tempur-Pedic. Great price, and great salesperson Steve: well-informed, no-pressure, and friendly. Great, on-time delivery from friendly and efficient Steve and Nate. They took out the old mattress and brought in the new in under 10 minutes. I've bought things from BM for several decades; I've never been disappointed.

They are very loyal to their vendors and way less loyal in supporting their loyal customers... don't confuse their local home town ads that they care about you the consumer.. they will service their needs and protect their vendors above all end users... that's just my opinion .

I have been purchasing appliances for decades at Bob Miller’s. Recently, I was looking for a new gas range and had an unfortunate miscommunication with a salesman there. It didn’t sit right, so I called back the next day, explained my situation, and Jason Miller went far above and beyond what it would have taken to win me back and he set me up with the perfect range. I felt very valued and appreciated as a loyal customer. Delivery was smooth and punctual and I LOVE my new Frigidaire range.The dishwasher will be next, and I will definitely be back at Bob Miller’s!

The entire staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did they have the parts I needed but they told me how to wire the cord to my electric dryer. I would go out of my way to go back their store.

This place is pretty dishonest in my opinion. We were told we had warranty on our dryer, so we asked them to fix it when it wasn't working. Turns out the dryer line was clogged, rather than telling us what the problem was, they cleaned it and charged us $200. We were under the impression it was covered under warranty, but was a maintenance issue. The dryer is half that price! I wouldn't trust this business if I were you.

Buyer be aware. Care from installers is greatly lacking. We went to Bob Miller's based on the impeccable reputation of the previous owner, Bob Miller. Unbeknownst to me, Bob Miller has retired, and his son has taken over the business. The purchase was made November 2021, and installation could not occur until Jan 7, 2022. This was somewhat understandable due to COVID.Jan 7, 2022 two installers arrived at the stated time. Installer A began work under the kitchen sink and quickly reported that he could not turn the shut off valve to the old dishwasher due to corrosion. I suggested that this installation be rescheduled in order for me to hire a plumber to come replace the valve. He insisted that the job could be done by shutting off the main valve. I again suggested/requested that we reschedule and have a plumber come inspect and replace any/all corroded valves. He refused the suggestion. Meanwhile Installer B went to turn off the main valve. Installer B shouted up that he had turned the main valve off. Both home owners immediately turned on faucets to ensure that the water was turned off. Irregardless of the home owners loudly and clearly stating that the water was NOT turned off, Installer A proceeded to disconnect the old dishwasher from the water line. Water GUSHED (their word from their report) everywhere. Water damage was done to kitchen cabinets, floor, lower level ceiling tiles, and lower level carpet. The matter was finally resolved at the end of April 2022.The installation, needed to be rescheduled any way... . and could have been done so without any damage to our home. The incident happened on a Friday. No call from Bob Miller's management or owner on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon, I called them. The owner had seen the report, and I was offered a fan to dry out the lower level carpet.Bob Miller's may sell quality products, however their customer service is greatly lacking.

We purchased a microwave, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer from Bob Millers as a package. During delivery they took chunks out of our freshly painted walls, cracked a piece of hanging sheet rock, and poorly installed several items. Most recently we have discovered our microwave falling off the wall from a poor installation. Initially when we contacted them about the damages and poor service we were met with skepticism. They eventually agreed to compensate for damages that occurred during their poor service, it is now 1.5 years later and we have yet to see any compensation. This further speaks to their lack of professionalism and accountability. I would be very hesitant to purchase anything from them again, especially considering our purchase was a good chunk of change and we were still treated this way. Good luck if you do use them.
