I have been a customer for over 15 years. I purchased over $20,000 of appliances from this company when remodeling my kitchen. I also purchased Speed Queens and replaced a Bosch dishwasher within 6 years. I recently went to purchase a refrigerator. I walked in the store and Mike helped me. I called the next day after he gave me two different options. He told me they would order it and call me when it arrived. Two weeks later I called back and Mike didn’t remember me. I was given to Chaz who then ordered a model for me but didn’t know when it would arrive. I called a week later and was told it would be another two weeks. He offered me the floor model stating it was in perfect condition. Later that day, someone called to tell me they were ordering a door due to a dent. I had not agreed to this. I asked for a manager to call me and never heard from anyone. Sadly, I will not be returning.

Overpaid ($2700) for a Beko fridge, my sister recommended it and BM. 26 months later, that's 2 months past the warranty, both the door mullion and ice maker have to be replaced. Almost another $700. I would have bought a new fridge had I known. No attempt by BM to go back to the manufacturer or advocate for the customer. Lesson learned. Karma for sis, her 3 year old Beko just broke down.

We purchased Beko appliances 3 years ago. Paid top dollar because they were “supposedly” superior to Bosch appliances. We didn’t have a range for two years because the mother board wasn’t good. After two years they finally agreed to bringing us a new one. It takes 35-40 minutes to pre heat but other than that it’s okay. Now the refrigerator ice maker and water has stopped working. We paid our normal repair man to come look at it but he could not get parts so we paid Bob Miller’s $220 to come out and look at it. Now this appliance needs a ….you guessed it! A mother board!!! Moral of this story - DO NOT BUY THIS OVER PRICED GARBAGE unless they throw in a couple extra mother boards.

It was a great pleasure buying my fridge from Bob millers. It was a even greater pleasure getting it delivered. The delivery gentlemen where prompt, courteous, knowledgable and were very careful in delivering the fridge. 100 times better experience with company employees delivering rather than the horrible delivery u had from a chain home improvement store.A++++ job. Thank you, we will be back

It has been two weeks since I talked to Michelle and have not heard back. It has been one week since I emailed Bob Millers through their contact email on the website and have not heard back. We used to highly recommend them to others. To tell my story, this is my email to Bob Miller. ______________My ice maker was only working sporadically. I called for service. Kyle replaced the ice maker and said that there was one other thing that could cause the problem. There was no change, so he came back and replaced the other part. We asked if he was sure that would take care of it. He said "guaranteed, 100%. There wasn't anything else that would cause the problem."Since I had paid $451 on the first visit and $175 on the second visit, and had no change, I stopped payment on the second payment. Michelle said she would send Kyle back to check it out again, and after that visit I was told that it also needed another part that would be $300 plus labor, and was not told what the labor would be.That would put me up to about $1000 and I can't afford that for ice. I didn't think I would be spending the initial $451 for making ice.Last Thursday I asked Michelle for a refund of some of what I had already paid, and forget about having the convenience of an ice maker. She said she would check with someone else that would need to authorize that. I have not heard back. Can you help me get some satisfaction with this problem?David Hess

I was hired by Bob Millers to be a service technician. Approximately 3 weeks into my employment, I was fired “because of my background” fair enough, even though my background was never ran. The fact that they went into the payroll app, wiped my time card clean, and kept my last check…that was pretty foul. Lisa Miller is evil, delusional, and definitely not in the correct mental state to be running a business…into the ground. ✌️

I bought a new refrigerator, stove and dishwasher from Millers. The whole experience from sales to installation was wonderful. Kyle and Nathan removed the old appliances and installed the new ones. They were super. I would highly recommend Miller for any of your appliance needs!

Terrible service! Quoted one price then charged something more! Very unprofessional service from everyone that was spoken to. I would say go somewhere else. I wonder if the owner knows how his employees are.

Bob MIller's is always the best! I just replaced my 10-year-old mattress I bought from BM with a new Tempur-Pedic. Great price, and great salesperson Steve: well-informed, no-pressure, and friendly. Great, on-time delivery from friendly and efficient Steve and Nate. They took out the old mattress and brought in the new in under 10 minutes. I've bought things from BM for several decades; I've never been disappointed.
