Two more weeks have gone by, and I still haven't received a call back from anyone at Bob Miller's.I am updating my review because the store has made it right by refunding the original repair bill. I am a loyal customer again. Thanks for doing the right thing.

Travis Culp came out and fixed our dryer. He did an excellent job. He was very thorough and professional. We are so glad we bought our appliances at Bob Miller's.
