I’ve been going for a couple of months to get my nails filled. The quality of the work is poor. Varying degrees of thickness in the acrylic. Not consistent in the shape. They do one hand coffin and the other round. Lengths aren’t even. Poor customer service. They don’t greet you. They don’t talk to you. They don’t ask what you would like. Today I arrived 15 min early for my 3:30 appt so I could choose my color. At 4:15 I went to the desk and told them my appt was at 3:30 and that I’d been waiting an hour…blank stares. Told them I wasn’t waiting anymore, turned & walked out.
I wish I could give them zero stars cause they give zero customer service.

This is the 2nd time out of 3 visits I have had a problem at Best Nail Spa. The nails pictured I asked for almond frenchies. The tech didn’t use any base color for my nail beds and the nails aren’t even close to almond or symmetrical. The kicker is I paid $55 for a terrible gel manicure
The other time the tech used the efile to completely remove the old gel and burned my nails with it.
I used to only go to Best Nail Spa,but I think I need to find a new place to get my nails done

I have gone here for years and have had nothing but great service until today. I came in on Thursday to to get a poly-gel fill. I brought a reference picture in and worked with the tech to get my colors. I wasn’t super happy with the final product - color wise at least - but I walked out and said whatever, that’s a learning experience. As I was getting my nails done, the usual tech I see made a comment to the tech that was doing my nails. I wasn’t sure what it meant so I left it alone. I came in today to get a birthday pedicure and I asked my usual tech about her comment. She let me know that when I came in on Thursday, I was given acrylic and not the poly-gel. I went to the counter after my pedicure to ask them to fix it. The manager was incredibly rude to me, telling me it’s my fault that I didn’t specify what I wanted and that I picked out these colors. She said if I wanted any changes then I would have to pay. I told her I wrote down that I wanted poly-gel - later confirmed by the sign up list from Thursday mind you - and that it is THEIR job to both look at the sheet and ask me what I want. I’m not a nail tech AND poly-gel and acrylic can be similar looking when they are being put on. I am honestly shocked that I am asking for a simple fix - I even said I’d pay the difference in poly-gel Vs. Acrylic ($10) but it’s ridiculous to be expected for a whole new set when that’s not what I asked for, that is THEIR mistake. I told the manager if that was her stance then this conversation was over. I think it’s really bad for business to treat a recurring customer like crap when it is THEIR tech’s fault I did not get what I wanted.
Lucky for them, they have amazing techs like Lucy, Helen, and Suzy that keep me coming back. I will be making specific appointments with specific people and avoiding that manager at all costs. The minute any of those wonderful techs go anywhere I’m following them because their amazing work is the only reason I will ever walk through that door again after such poor customer service.

Yellow and Tommy are the best nail technicians. I have traveled 45 minutes to see them for almost 6 years ......so they are top notch.

Please do not go here. They act like they have an attitude when it's time to do your nails. It's always a rush. The paint is never flat. And they are overpriced.

I will never come to this place again the lady messed up my nails with a bad attitude this was my first time and my last time here so please let's support the people that love us I was very humiliated here and the nail tech tried to get in my face let's boycott this place

Worst customer service EVER. I'm not sure why these young people are not being trained on eye contact, greeting your customer, and at the very least explain that no one is available at the moment. Used to go here for years but will NEVER spend another dime in there again. Just sad for her and she's the owners daughter just sad. Teach people skills

Nice people. But don’t waste your money getting your eyebrows tinted. It fades after the very first wash and is incredibly overpriced for all of that! The lady also dropped scolding hot wax all over my eyelid and did nothing to remedy the situation so that’s cool. They def nickel and dime you for mediocre service.

Worst nail salon ever. First i took my shoes off and the tech threw them twice because they were “in the way”. Then I told him i wanted gel pedicure and that I had gel polish on thinking he would soak it off. He efiled it until all of my nails started to burn. I kept moving my foot and told him it burns and he was too busy on the phone with his airpods in. He then cut my big toe and did not clean under any of my nails. He cut my nails without even asking and cut them crooked. I then called and ask to speak to the manager the lady who answered first said the manager was busy then said she wasn’t there. Which one is it ? I asked for a refund and the best they can do is redo them. Why would I EVER go back to a salon with rude employees. This is the definition of a CHOP SHOP. Dont waste your money. Peter is the nail technician that did my pedicure.

Prices kept changing. Was led to believe nail polish was not included in a pedicure. Polish would cost me 10 dollars more. Gel was not mentioned. Manicure went from 25 to 35 then 10. Price chart needs updating! Didn't come in to play Let's Make a Deal. I won't be back and I won't recommend to anyone.

Terrible service. The man was so annoyed with me and all I wanted was a basic full set with light pink polish. He wouldn’t give me the color I wanted even tho they had it there. The acrylic comes up onto my cuticles, it’s going to look like garbage when it grows out. Then he ran over on time making him 25 min late for his next apt and rushed me out. Never again
