I can say how much I appreciate the gentlemen whom own and run this shop. They are not only amazingly knowledgeable but have gone out of their way to fix Hera (my bike) but have let me have a say in each step.
They have earned a fanatically loyal customer and I will be back for all of my needs. Thank you!

Took granddaughters bikes in to have training wheels put on. That came with the bikes. Well for about 20 minutes of work it cost over 40$ and both bikes training wheels came loose after less than an hr of riding. Very poor workmanship at an overly expensive price. Definitely do not recommend.

One of my peddles started to give out while I was on a ride. I was close to this bike shop and dropped in to see if they could help. They got me new peddles and installed them within 15 minutes for a very low price. This might be my new favorite bike shop. Don't be fooled by how small it is. The service here is great!

I recently visited The Avenue Bicycle Station for a brake repair on my scooter, and I must say, their level of service, expertise, and professionalism is simply unmatched! Not only did they quickly identify the issue and fix my brakes, but they went above and beyond to ensure everything was in perfect working order. I won’t be going anywhere else!

My son had trouble with his scooter on campus. John helped us with the correct tire to order (as these scooter companies' customer service is horrible!), was always in communication with me and my son on campus, and even delivered the scooter back to him on campus. Such a help to know we can trust someone to help get our son back going around campus again!

Great bike shop! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They took the time to explain to me my options, specifics of my secondhand bike, and had very reasonable prices and quality equipment. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Plus the music in the store was an A+ and it's very accessable by bike.

Took my 2 bikes told them I think my crank is what's making noise they replaced the pedals cost me way too much still made the noise took it back again got it back still grinding ...just found out it is the hubs all along don't waist your time and money!!
