I was billed for a delivery that never occurred, had to reschedule the delivery myself and have still not heard back on the open case that was started to process the refund.Amerigas has poor customer service as it's impossible anymore to speak with anyone in the local office, you can only speak with overseas phone support following scripts that don't address your issue.

I have tried to set up payments for gas on two different occasions. Still no body has helped me. I just got gas a few weeks ago. I cannot afford the huge bill. Nobody will help. Yet when I signed up to get gas from you. It was offered. I will be switching to someone who allows payments next time.

You let my tank go empty without telling me. I've been waiting for 6 days for propane. You have me on the "urgent" list. I think you don't know what that means. Every time I've called, I've been told "today or tomorrow ". I'm 3 miles from the local Amerigas store. This is the worst customer service ever.

Wish I could put 0 stars out of 5. Delivery driver is nice, seems to do his job unless they are instructing him to not actually fill the tank and charge me anyway. Online had an estimated 45%. They "guarantee" your tank will never get below 15-30%. Guess what, hit 0%. I told them and scheduled a delivery today. The driver showed up, but because I couldn't be home and had told the scheduler this when I set up the delivery, they had to lock the tank until I can be home for a leak test. No one told me this, and no one told the driver I said it was an EMPTY tank. Unorganized customer service, billing keeps sending me invoices even when my tank is paid off. Don't use them. I'll be switching to natural gas at the road as soon as I can get it done.

Horrible service!!!!! We moved and cancelled our account 2 years ago. Now we started getting Invoices from them. Can't even talk to anyone in the united states. Customer Service has no clue what they are doing. Why can no one help me??????

Amerigas has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I had to call them 4 or 5 times to get a delivery scheduled. Each time I got off the phone I thought the delivery was scheduled but when I called again to check the delivery status I was told nothing was scheduled. When we finally got a delivery weeks later our invoice amount was incorrect so I called to cancel our auto-pay so they wouldn't charge my credit card the wrong amount. But, sure enough, they lied again and never took off the auto-pay so the wrong amount was charged to my card anyway. I completed multiple surveys both on-line and on the phone because they said they "want to improve" and "make things right." Even if that were possible (which it's not), I haven't heard a thing from anyone responding to my concerns. Terrible, horrible, awful company. I would not recommend to anyone.

They do deliver. They do not deliver when they agree to. They have taken money from my bank account that I didn't owe and refuse to credit my account. They are very difficult to communicate with and routinely hang up or put you on terminal hold until the line drops and you have to start all over. Each and every time I requested a supervisor, the call got somehow dropped.. more than 5 times.Looking for a new provider.

The absolute WORST company. All requests are outsourced overseas. This is the 2nd time we've used them with the same unreliable service both times. We've called seven times to request delivery without resolution. They have NOT kept promise of delivery date. It has been three weeks and we still don't have delivery. Overseas agent wanted to charge for safety check now because we're below 10%. Had to get argue because we ordered when at 20%. Do NOT use this company!!!

We have been on a 3 week schedule for some time now. We have not received a delivery on time in a very long time. I have ran out of propane several times . Some (most) delivers arrived 2 weeks after or schedule delivery in which I feel that is only because I have to call 3-4 times as an emergency just to get them to arrive. I have asked for a GM to call me and have never recieved a call. Agian almost out caled yesterday as delivery is late . Still no delivery will be calling agian today.

First time customer and customer service is aweful we moved into a place and have yet to have propane delivered or the tank swap out driver never shows up they tell you want you wanna hear to get you off the phone they are once again promising a Tuesday delivery no eastern dinner.
