Lazy drivers, they never deliver to the right address. We've given pictures of the house, we've added light up signs with our number on it at the end of the drive way and at the house, and they STILL CAN'T GET IT RIGHT! The supervision at this place must top notch top have such incompetence under them. Way to remove any hope for humanity in just delivering to the right numbers. Maybe time for some remedial 1st grade number matching?

The driver that services bass lake area often misdelivers our packages to the neighbors house. The address (house number) is clearly posted on the mailbox and also on the house.

Day number 4 for waiting on my package after expected delivery date. Pretty much, got that "your package is 9 stops away" notification, and I watched the map as the dude went straight past my address. I still don't know what's going on with my package. Either dude stole the thing, or it "got lost in transit". This attached screenshot is not only of what I saw before it "lost contact with delivery driver", but also, which is the first time I've ever seen this, the guy who was supposed to deliver it. I'm still left in the dark about what has happened with my package. About to reorder the stuff?♂️

From what I read, it was enough for me not to go to my interview. I watched a lot of videos and heard how staff was treated by this delivery service, and candidates are NOT employed by Amazon.

This place is a mess they let the flex drivers run and pick their routes which makes the process take forever. Staff was rude and unclear on the process. I have done flex all over the US for some time now and I have never seen such a circus like they have here

This location is also a Amazon Flex location. The warehouse staff are always helpful with any questions or concerns you may have with your route along with being able to quickly resolve issues you may have with your app.
