Went in for some rv antifreeze that their app said they had in stock, walked around for 10 min and didn't see any on the floor, there was only 1 customer at the counter and the rest of the employees seemed like it was party time, dancing around, using foul language and being loud. I have been coming to this location for the last 15 years and can see the decline of customer service. While they usually have what you need, do your research on the part you need and have a part number before going, its much faster that way and more accurate. I did get my rv antifreeze that they had in the back, if it wasn't for me needing it that day I would have left and went somewhere else and wouldn't have asked where is was at because not one person asked if I needed help after wondering the isles for 10-15 min. Over all you can get what you need but this location has seemed to have gone down hill A TON from when I first started coming here.

After being a loyal customer since the building was constructed, I’m now done. Lincolnway is the hub, so I usually drive there because of the selection. I came in tonight for a simple gasket and the incredibly rude man child behind the counter was too busy on his phone to talk to me. I know competent employees are hard to find right now, but I will not tolerate rude people refusing to listen. He continued to sit and play with his hair while I left to find polite help across the street. The help at this store gets worse and more lazy with each new employee. I’ll be canceling my advanced auto account.
