The new owners are TERRIBLE!!!! They took my t shirts which were supposed to be screen printed for our annual employee appreciation day, they kept the shirts for 2 months making us miss out on having the shirts done for the intended purpose. Finally they called & said the shirts were done after several days of phone harassment. When I picked the shirts up & took a look ...I Burst in to laughter & asked if the were serious. The shirts were 100% terrible!!! They were extremely cheap & improperly done heat transfers & we were supposed to get screen print!!! The guy who's always at the front actually tried convincing me that they were screen printed. I declined to pay for the foolishness they were calling finished screen printed shirts and demanded management response. 2 weeks later got a call from Kris who said he was the owner . He promised to order me new shirts & screen print them properly. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. I returned to the store & took my shirts & did not pay. As I was in the store en elderly gentleman was asking about his shirts which were not done also. He got mad & yelled 'just give em to me ..buncha crooks" I said you're absolutely right!! The new owners have no intrest in running reputable business & retaining customers. Stay far away from this place.. they will lie, they will take months to complete your order & they have terrible customer service. The guy at the front desk dosen't have a clue why he's even breathing let alone try to run the business. Find a better place for embroidery & shirt printing because this place definitely ain't it!!!!!

I ordered a couple of T- shirts for my business and I was not disappointed. Good quality T-Shirts, material was soft and I actually like the Dark Heather, wasn't sure how it'd turn out, but I was actually impressed. The color really made the colors in my logo pop. The time frame to get my order was as indicated with out delays. I will definitely come back and business with this company.

After dealing with another places trying to get sweatshirts made for my softball team, I went to Access...they were easy to work with, cheaper, and they worked tirelessly and my sweatshirts were finished in FIVE DAYS!

This company has been doing our embroidery on our work shirts for awhile. I thought we had a good report. I took in our logo to be put on the shirts. Sadly,the shirts had huge stitching on them which made them look very unprofessional and stupid. She said that she increased the letter size because many companies like it larger for advertisement. Even thought the size we have been using as long as they've been done by her have been less than half the size of the new stitching. The employees names on the right side of the shirt were off center. If all this were on the back of the shirts and printed instead of stitched it may look alright, but not on the front of shirts that are stitched. She refused to refund. She lost a customer that spent several hundred dollars a year.
