Used to be my favorite now its dirty and workers are rude, and my brats were cold. Store full of people not being helped while one employee was outside smoking a cigarette. Hopefully they get it together, until then I will not be returning

So I go to this 7-eleven often for coffee. It is very busy in the morning! It is also very dirty most days; like I would be worried to eat anything not prepackaged. The staff is very friendly and they do a good job of getting people in and out.

I booked a room at the quality inn behind the store and when I got to my room I was blasted by opera music coming from the 7-11. The desk could not help so I stopped in the store. They refused to do anything. I asked for the owners contact but they are in India. I called the police since it was 11 at night. They like the free coffee so they would not help. I checked out of the hotel and South Bend. I will bypass South Bend from now on. Good luck Pete. Your town is not good. What will you do for the country?

I hate spending $50 in gas and not having a place to pee! This is ridiculous and I wish 7-11 would change their policy.

The place is disgusting. There were flies all over the donuts. They did not have any cups for fountain drinks and the old man that was working there was yelling at everyone.

This location is awful! I went in for a quick merchandising job and the female owner just about ripped my head off!! She was checking out customers in line so I didn't want to bother her at that moment, I went to the coolers to do my work and she started yelling at me from the register! Who are you!!?? Why are you here?? What are you doing?? I tried to explain myself that 7-11 corporate sent me in to check out a few products and she wasn't having it. I had some coupons for products that I was told to display and this lady said NO! She then ripped the coupons out of my hand and told me to leave. I was able to do my work very quickly and take the needed pictures to send to 7-11 corporate. I also let her corporate know about the experience I had with a very detailed email. I'm not sure what happened if anything, but I have no use to go there so I wouldn't waste my time! I would keep driving and find another place to grab quick snacks, soda, cigarettes and lottery.

Ever since they changed over ownership this location has gone downhill. I went in this evening to get some soda. Their sign says buy 2 save $2. The normal price was $4.99. When Sandy rang me up it was saying the total was $10.68. Simple math tells me that isnt saving $2.00. She was comprehending this at all. Kept telling me she didnt know what I wanted her to do about it. I told her that I want to get these for the price their sign says. She then was bitching about how it ahould be in their system that way. Told her that wasnt my problem and she called over to her coworker Cole who proceeded to ring me up. I then asked politely for "Sandy's" name. She snapped back at me and told me what it was. Cole rang me up and he gave me their owner/managers phone number. I called it and left a message and I am waiting on a call back. I cannot beleive the type of people they hire. *update* called and spoke with the manager Rick and her name is actually Amy. He was very nice and understood my concern and sincerely apologized. He said she should be spoken to about her attitude.

It's 1am on 08/04/14 horrible horrible horrible the lady at the front sat on her phone the whole time checking me out rude but not a problem until she kept repeating the f word not once but several times I don't need to hear her phone conversation I felt like I was interrupting her so rude worst customer service ever
