If I could give 0 starts I would. I placed an order on uber eats, when I got my order all my items was wrong. I contacted the men who is working right now and he told me if I want what I ordered then I would have to place another order. Which I’m not understanding because I spent 30 dollars on something and I didn’t get what I want. He then hung up on me because he messed up my order. Very disappointed and he’s very disrespectful ! Any time my order is wrong from 7-eleven they let me come back and get what I ordered, he didn’t even care that everything was wrong and messed up.

Coffee is disgusting, I bought a vape, it lasted 2 days , obviously something wrong with it. Asked to exchange it plus had the Receipt, not happening.plus everything is up charged, anywhere else i can get 2 Mr. Fogs for 20 bucks they sale 1 for 24. Also I hid something in the store just to see their Cleanliness, it's been a month it's still there.. dirty af..., never step foot in this place ever again ..

I've never had such a terrible experience in a 7 11 than tonight. I was put down, lied to, refused help. Told that he had too much work and thats why I wasn't able to be helped. The list goes on and on.

I have had poor experiences with one of the male cashiers numerous times. He’s repeatedly harassed me and my girlfriend (E.g. made snarky remarks about our diet choices). He’s been rude on many occasions, never responding to any form of greeting (Hi, how are you, etc.). When asked about the slurpee machine, one of our go to favorites, he’s been either unresponsive or vicious in the way he responded. When asked if a flavor was working, he failed to listen, only yelling the same questions over and over again. I have made it a priority to go to a different 7/11, due to his toxicity. I am appalled by the behavior that is allowed by 7/11 employees, especially from one’s who are front and center to customers.

Big man who worked there was extremely rude!!!!! I came in on Thursday at 1:30 am and the employee who was working immediately racially profiled us. He yelled across the establishment "We will not sell you alcohol" when we were just by the chip section. He also kept staring thinking we were stealing, which. made us uncomfortable. After we purchased our pizza my friend said "have a nice night" and he just glared at us. Very rude and disappointed.

I paid for two orders of the orange chicken and this is what I got. Little bit and pieces and the guy said it was more than enough for two orders. Would have made it 0 stars
