Went on vacation for my buddy’s bachelor party. Card got declined 45/47 times I tried using it with constant “promises” that it wouldn’t get declined while traveling, despite calling and adding multiple travel notices. If you are thinking about traveling anywhere with this bank think again. Have called 12 times during this week long vacation to get the same promises and answer with absolutely zero results. Lost a long time customer, not that they care. AVOID LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE. Literally in kentucky stuck because the 24 hour can’t help me and the only option is wait until 8 am when customer service opens. That really helps me buy a hotel room at 1:30 am. Thanks for absolutely zero help. Beyond angry.

Cashed a check and was minus $150. When I brought it to their attention they covered their tracks and denied any wrong doing. My girlfriend and I have closed our accounts and went elsewhere. Be careful when doing any transactions there!
