most unprofessional branch I have ever encountered! my boyfriend went in to open up an account with them today to be harassed by an ex-coworker (Aurora) who is employed there. She was very disrespectful, unprofessional, and absolutely out of line! My boyfriend was soo taken back by it. i hope Aurora can take a few more training classes with HR and address the dos and don’ts of her job. which doesn’t include voicing you’re personal unwanted opinion to clients about their personal life!!

Tried to open an account at this branch sat for 20 minutes in lobby waiting with no acknowledgement from manager I assume. Watched him help a gentleman that came in after us and not once did he notice me waiting there for him... very disappointed as this is the second branch I've been to today to try and accomplish opening an account!

The hours that are shown on Google are wrong. The drive up hours Monday through Friday are only until 6 p.m. and are labeled at 7 pm. I took off of work and drove over 40 miles just to be met with a closed Bank. This is the twenty-first century, so they should keep more accurate online records of their operating hours for this location. Quite disappointed
