We had a great experience. All online. Rented a unit & then they emailed us the details & a lease to sign. Storage unit was clean & ready for move-in. Process could not have been smoother. Highly recommend!

Storage areas are always clean and well lit. The managers are so very nice. If you call and leave a message they always get back to you very quickly. Highly recommend.

The facility is nice however I have had a few rate increases while storing my items there that come pretty suddenly. They weren't huge increases but it seems to be happening more frequently. I also did have an issue with my first unit being broken into, once I moved units and got a tube lock I didn't have any issues. I guess you get what you pay for, nothing fancy and no cameras but overall it was an okay unit. They don't plow very well in the winter and bugs are definitely an issue.
