It was easy to set up accounts BUT forget about easy in and out on a Saturday morning. Only 2 people there, one was in drive-thru while the other was with customers in a separate room. Waited 5 min before someone came to see what I wanted. They need to have someone up front to care for those who come inside to do business.

I have had GREAT service from Flagstar. The staff is always so kind and welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend this bank. Plus they always have great deals going on.
