I ordered 5 sweatshirts from here, for my grandchildren for Christmas. I’m bringing them there Christmas week. The sweatshirts came quickly. They are great quality and I appreciate their customer service. Thank you. I can’t wait to have this adventure with my grandchildren, wearing their fun hoodies!

Great store with a wonderful selection of clothing. Years ago purchased sweatshirts and despite several washings, they are still soft and cozy. The staff is friendly and they don’t hover but let you browse at your leisure.

Great service from Becky Fogle on a trip to Shipshewana in April, 2019. I wanted to buy a new Brighton watch, since my old one was worn and had condensation in the watch face. She went above and beyond to talk to me about the Brighton repair policy, and put my satisfaction above a potential sale. For a $10 shipping charge, she took care of sending my watch to the Brighton repair team. I did ending buying a new watch that day, and today, I received my repaired watch in the mail—it looks like new. I will be a loyal Brighton customer for life, and will make sure to stop into the store anytime I travel to Shipshewana!

A blast from the past! I was a rather frumpy middle-aged schoolteacher in the 1980s and 1990s, and I bought a lot of clothes there! Let's just say, the styles there haven't changed much since then... Great for grandma!

This store mostly has quirky, middle-aged to older women's clothing. Great if you're shopping for a spunky grandma.
