if you’re going to bank with Lake City, this is the branch to use! always personal, always helpful, and although i do have a favorite every one of the staff members are great

My all time favorite tellers work at the Shipshewana Lake City Bank. We have had accounts here since the 1990s and always love the service they provide.

These folks are the best. They are always there to help with questions and make sure my banking needs are met. The staff is friendly and whether I stop by the lobby, the drive thru window or call in they are always there to lend a hand.
