I am beyond impressed with our first in house experience! As new horse owners, it’s very stressful already not knowing it all! But Dr. Miller and her staff were so kind, caring and patient with us today. Our pony has been having some cinchy issues and they got her in right away after we tried everything we could on our own. Dr. Miller really took her time with the exam and thoroughly explained everything she did and what her findings were. I was so impressed with everything. Felt very comfortable and confident we were in good hands. We’ve also had the pleasure of Dr. Thompson doing a barn call for us and again, so kind and willing to actually educate and teach us about what he was doing as well as his findings. Very very pleased and so happy our mares are in great hands when we need them.

Fantastic service as usual! Inviting, easy and safe! Exactly the way you wished every business you interacted with operated. Especially the ones administering care to your four legged family members. They did what they said they were going when they said they were going to do it, with a smile, a thank you and extremley responsible price.

Just wanna say this place is awesome. Had to put our dog down a few days ago. As difficult as that decision is it was slightly easier with the moral support shown to my wife. They even sent a card that several employees wrote a message. Very touching! Maybe all vet offices do this but wanted to show my appreciation

They really take their time and they care about your pets. I have old dogs. One has dementia, arthritis, heart murmur, and kidney disease. She's in her 20s. The other has some issues too. Both have anxiety. They take their time to make sure that my furry gals are as comfortable as one can be at the vets office. They are great vets. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I cannot praise Janssen Vet Clinic enough for their exceptional care and compassion. A year ago today, after a heartbreaking experience at another clinic where euthanasia was prematurely recommended for my 11-year-old lab, I sought a second opinion at Janssen Vet Clinic. The difference was night and day. The team conducted a thorough assessment, utilizing ultrasound and clearer x-rays, and took the time to explain every detail to me. Thanks to their expertise and compassion, my now 12-year-old lab is now healthy and thriving. This extra year of precious time with my beloved dog was made possible by Janssen Vet Clinic's dedication. I am profoundly grateful for their commitment to both pets and their owners. Janssen Vet Clinic not only saved my beloved pet but also provided me with peace of mind. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch veterinary care.

UPDATE:Editing this review to 5 stars. We kept with Janssen Veterinary Clinic and have had an excellent experience ever since. The experience we had below was a one-off and not representative of the clinic, ownership or staff, as a whole. We all know these things can happen, and the response is just as important as that initial experience. We'll keep bringing our puppy their way and encourage others to do the same!Original review:We brought our bernedoodle puppy to this office after researching online and being referred. After explaining to the tech our food situation with our dog (making the food at home) the tech went behind a closed door and complained to the vet about us 'cooking' for our dog. Both the tech and vet, Shannon, went on for several minutes about our supposedly poor choices for our dog, and we could hear every word of their complaining through the door. How unprofessional!Amongst other questions we had, a big reason to visit this vet was to seek guidance on the dog's diet. Instead of guidance and information, we were met with judgment and unprofessionalism.Considering the volume of high ratings this practice has seen, I'm sure they have good people, but for a first impression of this business and the employees' lack of character, we have to say please stay away from this practice. So disappointing.
