“This place wasn't tricky because I read the reviews first. There are going to be a sign and also writing on the pavement saying No trucks in the left 2 lanes. But dont get nervous. Turn LEFT there. Kauf is going to be to the LEFT where it say no trucks are allowed. Very Easy. Staffs was very nice and helpful there. Very friendly! Brandy and Miss Mary was 2 amazing ladies who helped me out. To get to the office if you need to check in, once you turn left at the light to enter Kauf. Youre going to make the FIRST RIGHT. Go over the bridge and over the railroad tracks and the shipping and receiving off the will be in right in front of you. Overnight parking and restroom are available there. If you are doing a drop and hook. No need to check in. If you have your trailer number that you are picking up, you just find and grab your trailer. Paper work will be in a small plastic bag attached to the glade hands for you already. Just Double check the paper work to make sure everything matches and you're good to go. I am unsure about the loading and unloading process because I came for a drop and hood. But the docks was easy to get into to drop my trailer. Very spacious! 5star from me”

“My first time coming here...very little instructions..I've learned you can only check in after 2am. They have staging area...must slide tandem when u check in at the first gruad shack. They will call u...note go back to the first guard shack.to get paperwork. They fail to tell me this. I drove to the next and had to turn around and go back to the first guard shack then get my paperwork. Then head to the second guard shack. They only tell you to head to the far back of the building...just keep heading straight...very tight back there. Had to go to the end of the building to turn around...then come back to my door 203. Do not break your seal. They will walk out to get paperwork from you. They will let you know when to open your doors...the are pretty quick to unload.”
