“One of, if not the fastest Kroger I’ve ever dealt with. Went to the first gate and checked in about 45 mins before my appointment. Parked and slid the tandems. They called me to come back and get my gate pass and bills and I went through the next gate where I was waved on. Backed into my door and wandered around aimlessly trying to figure out what to do with my bills. I never did figure it out. Someone from inside the warehouse came and got them form me. They also brought them back. Not sure if that’s how it works always because no one told me and I assumed there would be a shipping office, but live and learn I guess.

Appointment was 1230 local time. Arrived at 1115. Empty by 1327. I had 18 pallets of frozen product.

Handed them my gate pass on the way out and I was done.

I also had no lumper service with load. Not sure if that makes a difference or not.”
