Ended up leaving after standing in line ten minutes waiting for one customer ahead to be helped. Another person behind me left also. There was only one postal agent working.

I am disabled and had to climb steep steps to go inside.. when I got up the steps, the place was closed at 2pm!?

Every time I've come in, the staff was polite, and I was in and out in a few minutes. Parking can be a pain if it's busy, but that's not their fault.
