“After my car broke down out of town and waiting 2 hours for my own insurance company to “find me” a tow truck driver, I looked up a local company and Tobin’s came up. Their customer service was top notch from beginning to end! They answered the phone right away and said they could get my vehicle within 30 minutes. When it needed to be towed the next day to a different location than originally stated, I was told that was no problem at all! They were beyond courteous, friendly and professional! He charged me for driving over ($20) and saved me literally hundreds of dollars at the dealership. He was in no way obligated to assist like that and I am incredibly grateful for the help!”
