Good tires at a reasonable price. I would have rated 5 stars, but the air pressure was not right nor constant. Suppose to be 40lbs, 1 tire was 37, 2 at 35, 1 at 31. This was after driving an hour on the interstate. I add air to 40 lbs, and 3 days later, the pressure is still at 40. Someone needs to either double-check the pressure or train employees to fill properly.

Been here twice now; staff is great, price is fair. Explained everything wrong with my car, why it was a problem, what could wait and what should be fixed immediately, fixed everything wrong in a good amount of time, and made sure I knew exactly what they were doing before they did it. Didn't try to up-sale anything, would highly recommend.

Went in about 9am on a Saturday with 2 tires needed mounted and balanced on 2 rims. Less than 20 minutes total time it took them and at the best price I found amongst all the other tire shops in town. Great service. Will be going here for all my tire needs.

We stayed overnight in Shelbyville and woke up to our Jeep having terrible issues and we couldn’t go over 17 mph. No one was open to help but we were told to try Firestone. Lucky for us, Karl came out to help us. He took the Jeep in the garage and by some miracle he got it fixed. We are forever indebted to him for helping us to be able to continue on our trip. Thank you so much, Karl, for your help and kindness!

Edit:* Spoke too soon I guess they put 2 gashes in 1 of the custom wheels, wish I could post a pic. There's like a dust left where the clamps hold the rim but the 1 maybe the first one has a gash on it that's not curb rash. My brand new 1 wasn't damaged at all so I'm happy..
I had to have my old tire from a bent rim put onto a brand new rim and have my custom type wheels balanced and aligned and they did it without damaging any of my wheels like Discount Tire did in Columbus! (Destroyed the face of spokes..) The balancing and alignment helped a lot,.. So thanks guys I appreciate it!
