Charlie Ayers is my trusted Service Manager and, with the able assistance of his deputy Jess, they are always responsive to my needs. I appreciate thast they always listen carefully and we discuss any suspected issues and the general scope of repairs before work begins. I spoke with a salesman about a GMC Denali they had in stock. I specifically told this salesman that if I was going to purchase I would be paying cash. I never asked the dealership to finance the truck. I ended up buying a truck in another state. Sandman somehow did a hard credit inquiry and NEVER had my social security number or written permission to do this. I’m not sure how they did this. I would avoid this company.

No accountability, failed in my eyes, several errors codes on vehicle before and after I got my vehicle back told me my oil consumption was normal 2qts in 800 miles come on

This dealership is selling parts on E-Bay and sending parts that don't fit. Then hiding behind a no refund policy. It's FRAUD! They didn't even send the part number that was purchased.

Sandman Brothers sells junk cars. Literal junk--as in unuseable after just two months.I bought a 2014 Ford Fiesta from them in December. Two months later, it has come to pass that the car needed a new engine. I either have to put $6000 into the car (almost as much as I paid for it) or just buy an entirely different car and make payments on a pile of scrap for the next five years. Stay away from these guys.

The scooter was nice. My interaction with both Sandman brothers was not ideal and if I had to purchase again, I would definitely buy somewhere else.
