Top worst Pilot. Too many trucks, not enough parking and no one to regulate. Trucks pile up against scales and block reserved spots.. why pay for parking then?? Shame Pilot, shame. 6/19/24. Either refund customers or hire night time security to regulate parking overflow.

Park for free! Do not reserve, you can just park for free even in paid spots they said they’re too scared to do their job and enforce the paid parking. Just trash people scamming drivers for reserved parking and not holding spots then lying saying they can’t do anything about it. And on top of that the meth head employee named “twig” threatened me.

Don't pay to park here they do not honor it and will not make sure you have a spot. Flying J/ Pilot why even have paid parking if this is what you do to people??? This is why we avoid you guys as much as possible and try to stay with loves!!! Avoid this pilot like the plague if you are planning a spot!

I was asked to pay for my parking spot at 22:00, after I have been parked there over 5 hours, there was no sign says it’s reserved parking spot, but they insist it is. I would move to somewhere else if I have more drive time.Paid 17 bucks for 5 more hours, it’s not much but this was a really bad experience.

This station sells E-15 in place of regular unleaded. E-15 is 15% ethanol, whereas regular unleaded can be at most E-10, or 10% ethanol. Despite the sticker on the pump implying that any car made after 2001 can use E-15, many vehicles made after 2001 can't. For example, Ford says you can only use E-15 in cars they've made after 2013. So, when you pull in to fill up, attracted by that low price, but your car is one of the many millions of old and not-very-old cars, this station leaves you a choice between potentially damaging your car with the wrong fuel, or paying a much higher price for a different fuel, as they don't offer E-10 alongside E-15.So, I won't be stopping here for gas.
