Called a week ago asking if they could get me in for a couple of minor repairs. They said I could get in that next week first thing when they opened. I come in and they said they had no appointments that morning. The number I called was from this place and I recognized the caller’s voice. Instead they directed me to another Phelp’s service where they claimed they had no appointments that day, either. Waste of my time.

Got the nicest vehicle I ever had from Phelps. They are a great pleasure to do business with. Very honest and very respectful business people. If you ever need a trustworthy vehicle go check them out they will treat you right and you will be very happy and satisfied as I am. I give them a 5 star rating.

Great place to get a good used vehicle low down payments and low monthly payments I bought a 2012 GMC terrain with 88,000 miles only $250 a month they are the best buy here pay here I have ever done business with if the car has any problems that are not your fault they will take care of it
