I was having issues with a card and needed him on the line, the man waited on holds with me for over an hour to make sure things got resolved, he backed me in every conversation and was extremely calm and collected granted the stressful situation. Him and his team were professional and simply just wonderful from start to finish and even with troubles never showed an ounce of frustration towards me. I will forever recommend him and his team!
