I won't sugar coat it here, folks. Originally, when I moved a hop, skip, and a jump down the road from this fine testament to the American spirit and started working just a hop and a ski--- in the other direction, my world was rocked. This Sort-of-Marathon, Sort-of-Village Pantry was destined to become MY gas station. Not a Relatively-Quickly-Moving-ObjectWay in sight. These people had no Rewards card, carried only PEPSI products (no Coke!!!!) on tap, and the price of a frozen “I really am too lazy to actually be eating tonight†Pizza was, at best, enough to warrant a 2nd mortgage on my newly acquired residence and, at worst, take a left and drive for one minute down to Mama JoAnns or whatever that place is called now days.

This is a busy gas station located on the main road thru Shelbyville. They have all the basic convenience store items you expect such as hot and cold beverages, snacks, public restrooms, fuel for your vehicle, and being a Village Pantry mini mart they also have hot food, and cold subs and other items to eat for that late night quick snack. They are open 24/7, the store always seems to be kept clean inside. I don't ever see any trash on the ground outside or by near the pumps. Nice mini mart with large variety of items for sale.
