The whole staff is pleasant and friendly. They make sure their customers are taken care of. My young son was starting to get a bit restless and after getting him a snack from the vending machine he was having a meltdown over wanting to stay in the waiting room while I finished up, the other departments were already closed and I was trying to explain to him that there was nobody to watch him and the young lady at the cashiers desk kindly offered to watch him so I could finish up in sales. When I got done she had changed the channel on the tv to my son’s favorite show, gotten him a drink and gave him all the tools he needed so he could color. Our experience was fantastic! These people go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

Tate was awesome. Brandon made the whole experience easy. I will definitely recommend Tate to my friends and family. I have spent hours at a dealership waiting to sign paperwork and get into a car, it was very pleasant not to have to do that. Thank you so much.

I would not recommend doing business with this ford dealership. ordered a part and I was told that it would match the oem update that is different from my truck diagram , when realizing that the part was different I contacted them to let them know this is not the correct part and immediately knew there was an issue when the manager refused to answer the phone. I was called back 2 weeks later and told that the the part is discontinued so what they gave me is unable to be returned. the manager was very rude and told me he is not dealing with this and hung up the phone. Now I'm stuck with a part that does not fit my vehicle has no use to me after spending nearly $500. the world we live in is already bad as it is and dealerships reputation have gone to dirt.
Great way to show how bad you guys are with consumers as a whole.
If giving 0 stars was an option I would have given just that please beware of this scummy thieves and good look luck if you ever have issue with your cars/trucks.

Didnt send me pics for 3 days after asking multiple times and when did was blurry and black and white on way there and hour drive was td had little rust spot on drivers door, when got there all 4 doors were rotted out on inside bottom of doors, looked at 3 other vehicles on lot salesman knew of known issues to these cars on lot. Wasted a week and had our credit ran twice. What a joke of a dealership

Really great to work with bill Webb and got a great deal on my truck and took care of all the extras I wanted done before I picked it up as well as Josh in finance work with me to get the best deal we could get all the people working that day were friendly and appreciated our business highly recommend Hubler for your vehicle needs I dealt with many dealerships and they all couldn't believe the deal I was offered and wouldn't even try to beat it or come close very pleased thank you

Hey guys Derek back here again.. taking that 1 star to a 5 star!! Being taken care of with 100% customer service by Devon the GM.. not only took back the truck that had all the problems but did a seak and find to find the truck I wanted and needed to fit my needs...
This truck was at another location with a ton of A-holes working there but Devon made sure to go over their heads to get me what I wanted!! ..
Above and beyond customer service at this location!! Pulling out of here with my new dodge ram 2500 today!!

I bout a vehicle and as I drove the vehicle for a test drive I got explained the AC would be fixed before we pulled off lot because it just needed antifreeze, I also mentioned the Bluetooth and aux they were grayed out but I know you cannot hook up while car is in drive and sales rep never said it didn't work so we took it back and immediately went inside so they could start fixing ac while we did paper work. Then had to leave and promised the ac would be fixed 3 days after purchase in the same day we noticed neither aux or Bluetooth were able to hookup along with the paint that was faded on the hood and dash that we were already unhappy about but overlooked that and the AC issue but not they are not willing to look or see what's wrong with the aux or Bluetooth but yet I've been complaining since basically left the lot and noticing issues like the stalling to start. So now I'm stuck with this car that they said ac is fixed but it stalls when it starts and the paint is faded on hood and roof and you cannot connect aux cord or Bluetooth. This is not a good look or a good start to doing business.

Ford needs to make more vehicles so that they can give a little bit off on MSRP. EMy buying experience was not what it use to be 20 years ago when they would take 6-8000.00 of MSRP. Could be a biden problem.
