Hubler made the process as stress free as possible. Stacy stayed on our warranty company to get prompt responses and kept us informed through every step. She was an angel during this whole ordeal.

Devin Ruble, a salesman here made a deal with me on a 2022 Tahoe and set a day and time for me to drive an hour and forty minutes there to pick it up. The night before the deal was to take place he messaged a screenshot to me supposedly between him and his GM saying the GM had sold the Tahoe to his cousin and our deal was off. Very deceptive and unprofessional. All around bad business and a waste of customer's time.

Last fall I took my vehicle in to get the turn signals bulbs replaced, since they were not easy to get to. They came out and told me I had a really bad power steering fluid leak. I knew this was not accurate because my vehicle is parked in the garage on a clean concrete floor and I had not noticed any fluids leaking. They told me for $98 they could diagnose the problem and give me an estimate to repair I declined their offer and took my vehicle home to see if I noticed any leaks on the garage floor. Sure enough the next morning I noticed a leak but it wasn't power steering fluid, it was windshield washer fluid. During their service they had filled up the windshield washer fluid which I knew the tank was cracked and didn't think to tell them, since they were only replacing turn signal bulbs.
My concern is their technicians cannot tell windshield washer fluid from power steering fluid so how are they competent enough to service a vehicle. Or were they just trying to pull one over on me because I am female and they thought that I wouldn't know the difference? Either way they were deceitful and I have no intentions of returning

Awesome atmosphere and expert customer service when looking for new purchase. Every person I delt with were very knowledgeable and courteous to my needs. The Sales Consultant was very helpful and pleasant to work with during the process of my vehicle purchase. I was treated just like family and I still receive emails, etc on how everything is going with myself and new truck. I will continue to use this Dealership for all my needs for our vehicles.

Always great genuine customer service and they got me in quick for service when needed.
Updated- Greg Navarra once again, was great for our second buy with them again! Honest and easy to work with. He made it happen within our budget. Also, Jodi in service were super great with details on what I needed. Super sweet lady. James in finance was great to finish the sale.
We will be back again!

I took my truck in to have A/C fixed ! Was quoted $1415 ! For a/c & brakes ! I said do it ! 2&1/2 days later I was called to come get my truck & then told they would call when part came in for a/c ! Returned when part arrived & 10 hrs later truck finally fixed ! Pd 461.89 for brakes & 896.74 for a/c ! Total savings $56 ! Fyi Midas wanted $1600 just for a/c ! P.s. always clarify each step of repair and quote !

I was okay with their service when they sold us our 2011 acadia back in 2020 but I sold it back to them this year for the price of the mechanic work they had on it. Gave them the keys and the title, as it was fully paid off, and we stayed courteous the whole time. However they contacted my husband two weeks after and told him that the poa wouldn't work for the title so they had to have us sign some paperwork so they could apply for a new title. Then proceeded to message me on FACEBOOK to say the same thing except that they had LOST the original title instead. They badgered my husbands phone for 3 days and We told them that we were very busy and would get to them as soon as we could. Then their financial guy SHOWS UP AT OUR HOUSE! UNANNOUNCED AND WITHOUT ANY COURTESY, right as my husband is returning home from a 10 hour work day to have us sign these papers. AND THOUGHT THAT WAS OKAY??? I feel like my privacy was just disrespected and breached. I will never deal with these people again.
