Cannot recommend these guys enough, fixed my alignment that another shop wouldn't even touch

Pay attention to what they verbally tell you and what they put on paper. They tried to rip me off for almost $400. They also messed with my brand new spark plugs making them misfire. So I would have to come back. Smh. My normal mechanic was super busy at the time. But when I told him the car was still messing up after they "Fixed" it. He came up there and all of a sudden it was a whole different ball game. He called them out!

Kept us from being stranded! On our way down from Wabash, we hit a chunk of concrete in the road that flattened our tire and ruined the rim. The donut was not going to get us home but Randy’s happened to have a good rim (2010 Ford Focus-aluminum) which we purchased and took to Goodyear. They had a tire and mounted it on the rim and put it on the car for us right away. Maybe took 20-30 minutes. Thank you, Goodyear of Shelbyville, IN! Excellent service and friendly, helpful staff helped make a hard day much better.

The employees at Goodyear in Shelbyville are some of the nicest I've come across! I recently replaced all 4 of my tires there and it was a great experience. Actually, every single time I've had work done there it has been a super pleasant experience. They have always treated me fairly and explained everything to me. They've given me very fair prices and exceptional service! A tire/repair place like this is hard to find, especially as a woman! It's honestly just an all around great place and I will be using them for all of my car needs that I can! Thanks guys for treating people with kindness!! You are the best!

Great place to get tires and other work completed. I had to go here because another tire shop did not balance my tires correctly after purchasing a brand new set. Danny and Kyle are great guys to know up there and will get you taken care of.

Bought a new set of tires and also had an alignment done at the same time. Was in and out fairly quick. Drives straight and new tires balanced perfectly.

I placed an order on the Goodyear website for a new set of tires and an alignment. The appointment went entirely smooth. Staff were prepared to do the service and did so very quickly. End result was exactly what I expected, would highly recommend this shop.
