Dale is a scam. Stay away! I wouldn't trust this idiot to fix a bicycle. Charges you for motorcraft parts but they're all from AutoZone and doorman parts. Truck fell apart on me on a cross country trip and head gaskets he was supposed to fix blew again. Heads were wrong charged me for motorcraft head gaskets and they're not. Currently contacting my lawyer to sue him. $10,000 and now I'm paying another $4,600 to have a guy do it right. Btw I'm a retired military mechanic and he knew that and still ripped me off.

They came HIGHLY recommended from multiple other auto shops. Very knowledgeable with everything especially diesels. I owned a service business of 30 years and this company is what everyone is looking for. Good communications, great knowledge, do what they say, fairly priced and honest. I knew they had opportunity to cut a corner and deceive me but they didn't and this happens far more than you might think. I never write reviews but this is the type of comp[any your looking for.

First time using them, 2008 f250. The lady in the front is very nice, polite, the guys there are GREAT, dale and his crew are amazing and take great care with our big dirty trucks we had what I thought to be a big issue, and some smaller stuff. They got us fixed and it was no where near the price I had anticipated ( in the good way) will definitely be back. Thank you all again!!!!!

These guys are fantastic. My work truck was down 5 months with a couple different mechanics looking at it and no luck. These guys figured out the issue and had it going in less than a day. Thank you guys very much. You really are the best.

Every aspect of my experience was positive and professional. I was in Indy from out of town and had a major issue with my truck. I called a competitor of Dirty Dales first and they were buried with work so they recommended Dale. I called, explained my situation and was greeted professionally and told to bring the truck in and they would work it in even though they were busy. In 1/2 a day the truck was fixed, I was back on the road, and really felt like I had been apart of a situation where 2 business people understand how to run their business and maintain professionalism even though it may not benefit them. So Outlaw diesel and Dirty Dales…thank you gentlemen for your commitment to superior professionalism, customer care, and top notch work and diagnosis in your field. It is greatly appreciated and I will be a supporter of both of you.

Took a newly purchased truck there last year. I stated I wanted a complete inspection, a full-over maintenance update, all fluids changed, any leaks needed resealed. My entire front end needed rebuilt. Their technician is a joke. He missed a failing water pump (debris in coolant was from the water pump) Their technician lied to my face. He told me that they'd be able to reduce the price a little due to the fact that a lot of the work is in the same area. They did not work at all with me and charged me 100% labor by the book and all in all charged me more in labor than I had in parts. Then, they replaced an oil cooler but didn't flush the old bad coolant (which was the reason my old oil cooler was clogged up). They recycled my coolant even though I requested a full maintenance and all fluids etc to be replaced. Now my new oil cooler is clogged up not even a year later and 6k miles after they replaced my old one. I could go on about how they replaced my entire front end due to slack in the steering etc and the truck still drove like s*** when I got it back with all new parts on it. All in all I spent $6500 at their business and Dirty Dale's still did me dirty. Save your time and money and go to Outlaw Diesel. Now I'm out almost another $1500 for an oil cooler and a coolant flush from a reputable shop plus whatever is still wrong with my suspension.
