We have had our business with Dave since he took over the business from his father. Dave has provided excellent service, just as his father did. He is always available when I reach out to his office. When I have questions he kindly takes my questions and has went ABOVE and BEYOND on multiple occasions explaining the answers to my questions.
He was a great aid when a tornado hit my house years ago and sustained signifigant damage. I worked though others in the company, but Dave was always there as my agent to support my needs and questions.
He is always friendly and his staff as well. Yes, I would highly recommend them to anyone. They take care of us and I trust they will be there when I need them.

I’ve had State Farm pretty much since I first got my drivers license. I Started with Dave’s father Owen and lately have had all my insurance needs handled by Ariana. She is the best personable agent I have dealt with. She is fast with the service and very knowledgeable of the insurance needs for me and my family. It’s nice having local friendly professionals instead of having to do everything online or by phone.

The absolute best customer service I have ever had from everyone in the office. Dave is great and makes sure you are aware if there is any change in your policy. Ariana is the absolute best at making sure you are taken care of, her response time to emails and calls is also so super quick. Thank you all for being amazing!

We have been with Dave Childers and State Farm insurance. As long as I can remember. You won’t find a better group of State Farm insurance people to take care of your needs. Dave’s first team led by Kim mcMichael is top-notch and always there to answer my questions and lead me sometimes in the places I don’t know how to navigate when it comes to my insurance needs. If you’re looking for insurance for Homer auto you won’t beat this group.

I have been with State Farm since the time I got my drivers permit, many moons ago. I have always had the best service, help, and advice from the Dave Childres team, and the 24/7 customer support lines that back them up when they’re out of the office.I recently had another insurance company for my homeowners insurance, and their process to bundle was incredibly simple and worry-free.I couldn’t imagine using another company after the ease and peace of mind I continuously have with their team!

I switched to Dave Childres - State Farm a few years ago after being with my previous carrier for 20+ years and could not be happier with this decision. Dave and his team are always accommodating, extremely helpful, and super responsive. And they do so without bugging me, like some insurance carriers tend to do. They find the right amount of balance with communications and interactions. I find that their rates are very competitive and reasonable. Highly recommend Dave and his team!
