Garbage service, absolutely terrible. Been here for fucking 4 hours trying to get me service water in fuel and one mirror fixed, after 4 hours all I got was my mirror fixed nothing done on my actually truck with service fuel, taking this bitch and never coming back. F

Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest you can rate. The Hubler Chevrolet Service Center has went above my expectations. They have provided the worst service I have ever received. My auto technician provided a diagnosis of what was wrong with the vehicle, but unfortunately did not have the computer to correct the problem, so sent me to a dealership. We were quoted a price ($169) to fix the problem and a time frame of about 1.5 hours. Day one...no response from the service department. When we reached out, they said that their technician was at lunch, and would be looking at it after he got back.Day two...no response from the service department. When we reached out, they said that their technician was getting ready to go to lunch, and would look at it after he got back. I reminded them that this was what I was told the day before, and that I wanted a call back by the end of the day letting me know where they were at with this 1.5 hour fix.No response received, so I got online, and went to Contact us and completed a note with my number and email address. About an hour later, I received a phone call from a salesperson who seemed sincere, and was very sympathetic about the issue, and was assured that I would get a phone call the next morning.Day three...received a phone call (first one from them) telling me that the technician just had given them a read out that morning of what needed fixed, and they would get back to us with a quote.Turns out, they did a diagnostic ($125 fee) that I did not ask for, and quoted over $1700 to "potentially" fix the vehicle. None of what was on the quote was what the vehicle was taken in for service.We will definitely be visiting this business again. While the service department was the issue, if the dealership allows this, they also are a problem. Beware that the service department is also in sales and is only wanting to upcharge you and take your money. They don't really want to fix the issue.

We recently purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Overland from Hubler Chevrolet.Our salesperson was Jason Fry and he did an outstanding job! I've never had an easier car buying experience. I had found what I wanted, but wasn't having any luck finding something for a good price online within my budget. When we pulled up to the lot he immediately asked what I was looking for, and he came through with the first vehicle he brought to me. We ended up getting a higher package than we thought we could get in our price range. It even has a moon sunroof, which is my favorite part!Thank you for your hard work Jason. If you are looking for someone to bring your dream car right to you I would 100% recommend starting with Jason.
