I eat here weekly, as I'm on a very restricted carb diet.The good 1st:Employee Sam is awesome, always helpful, friendly & has a great smile, can't really say this about all, but for the most part employees are okay!Now the "needs to be improved":With that being said, the food isn't as good as it used to be (been eating there for abt 25 years!). It's not hot & at times dried out (Chicken strips, mushrooms, wedges, tenderloins!) from being there so long or raw from not being cooked long enough (chicken strips). $11 is way to much for a not so good meal & doesn't even include a drink!I think every day should be "choice of special", like Saturday is!

$11 for a three chicken strip meal. They gave me three tiny potato wedges and no biscuit. For that price I thought it would come with a drink. The food wasn't even hot and actually taste like slop. I threw it over the fence for the neighbors dog. Not even sure he wants to eat it.

Got fired cause I had to call off for a family emergency. Stop complaining you’re short staffed. And raise the pay $9. But yet a gallon of gas is nearly $5. Make it make sense.

This used to be the place to go to get chicken. Now they don’t serve on Sundays or Mondays. Went in tonight at 7:30 and the kitchen is closed. No sides to go with the chicken they’re trying to sell and won’t make anything fresh. Looks like going next door to KFC is the right move from now on.

We're really disappointed with the Chester's food. They reduced the amount of potato wedges, & fried gizzards per order, plus there was no salt on either the potato wedges or the chicken. It was all tasteless with hardly any spices to substitute for the missing salt. Sorry, but we used to really like their Chester's food.

The woman with long dark that works the food part was rude. First off we. Would wait for order in truck. And they WAS NOT BUSY. I had to talk her into take my order cook was the one that told to do it. Finally this was on 2-18-21 around 430 pm. I ordered 16 legs 12 tenders 24 wedges. 4 LG sides spent 83 $ would have thought I could got fresh cook food. If any has corporate phone please send to me. Thanks in advance. If it's normal attitudes and practice I would advice eat somewhere else

Nice place to grab a fountain drink and a snack, or hot lunch! Chester's fried chicken. Corn dog, or a FANTASTIC tenderloin!

Very friendly staff!!! Visit here almost every day with my special needs son and they greet him with a big hello and smiles!!! He loves them all and they usually always have what hes there to purchase and if not they have gone out of their way to get it for him. Thank you BP staff!!!

Up until today, my experiences at Doc's has been impeccable. The so called Manager on duty this was VERY rude and VERY unprofessional. The way she yelled at me through the window and the way she treated another costumer by NOT even acknowledging HER. It was down right uncalled for. Saddest part, it was over something soooo petty. Anyhow, hopefully Mike and Dolliw and the other nice person on their shift can teach HER some common courtesy/ respect for her paying costumers. With the exception of THAT lady, this is an amazing place which unfortunately i will NOT be visiting again on my monthly trips to shelbyville Indiana.
