We had to pull off the highway in the middle of a snowstorm. The staff at AutoZone replaced our wipers in the middle of the storm and were incredibly helpful and caring during a difficult night.

The store is Super clean and well stocked. The Gentleman that work in the store deliver exceptional customer service. 2 weeks ago, I needed to purchase new wiper blades and oil for 1 of my vehicles and older gentleman who was working ( I wished I would have gotten his name) assisted me with what I needed, going the extra mile to put the wiper blades on for me and check my oil. Today my brother in-law went to the store to pick-up a new battery for my other vehicle and was assisted with our purchase by young man named Trenton Davis. Once again they delivered exceptional customer service. One couldn't ask for a better shopping experience. Thank you to each of you working here for all you do daily to make sure those who enter your store are treated more like a guest than just a customer.

Went here to get a headlight and old guy with cowboy hat was not only being rude towards coworkers but was being hateful towards me for not knowing which headlight i need. Not everybody is car savy. Very unprofessional. Will not be back.

I want to give a shout out to Dale at the Shelbyville store and say thank you for your great service and putting my windshield wipers on.I even tried to tip him, and he said company policy would not let him.I feel he was honest and upfront on what I needed.Hard to find honest people, and good service!

The fellas that work here are jus down right AWESOME....They HELP me figure it all out once I can explain what's wrong that is... Lol I'm NOT a BIG FAN of an Auto parts store BUT.... I could shop and hang out there.. it's kinda cool when they put mechanic talk into woman's language lol.... VERY HELPFUL VERY NICE DEF WILL ALWAYS GO BACK ...KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YER BOSS OWES YALL A PAID LUNCH W PIZZA....
