Twice on two different occasions our card has been denied yet it has came out of our account. I've had to order a new card and despite charges. Upon notifying the owner he made it out to be our banks fault and refuse to look into it. Our bank proved their system was faulty yet he done nothing to try and resolve it. We filed a report!
