I have taken my dogs to Dr. Hughes for the past 9 years on the recommendation of my Brother-In-Law. We use to drive down from South Bend and the last 3 years from Carmel. John's Clinic does an excellent job and his helper is super. We have recommended him to several other people and they have all been pleased with the high quality care and service his team provides. I rate them 5 Stars.

Giving one star because I literally just called and explained what was going on with my very old dog. And it’s we’re not accepting any new patients right now, bye. Not even I’m sorry that must be hard, unfortunately we’re not accepting patients but here is another that is good that may be able to address your concerns. Just straight hung up on. No empathy; no sorry. Just sucks for you kinda of attitude. Not sure why people find their customer service awesome. One call, and it was rude and subpar.

Love Dr Hughes he is a very good vet. He takes care of your pets with care and always remember you and asks how your doing also.

I love Hughes Veterinary clinic they are really nice and knowledgeable. They will not rip you off or charge you an arm and leg. I would highly recommend this veterinarian place!

I wouldn't go to any other vet. Doc Hughes is amazing! He loves the animals, always knows them by name, is very polite and spends time talking over everything.
