I had scheduled pick up today and check in 11:11 AM. Which at the beginning looks like good company, and the lady said backing to 6,7,8 but prefer 8 so then I had to wait until the trucks were cleared after few moments a truck pulled out from dock 7 then I got my self line up to the dock then stop so I can sweep the trailer, suddenly saw the lady waiting at dock and ask if I will sweep, and said just backing in after some minutes they got me the green light assuming that I have been loaded quick do then pull out just like we do when we get loaded then before I close the trailer door and get my bol from the office I saw the lady again handing a paper and told me that she found broken glasses so the encourage to go to trailer wash and come back, ok then I sweep and clean my self and request to check again although I had spent more time to clean the trailer and she said do you have the wash out ticket responded no I did by my self then said No you won’t be loaded without ticket so then I call TA which is about 4miles and said they don’t have trailer washout in the google if their will be any other area for trailer washout NO the closest will be Louisville ky about 54 miles wasted my hrs back and forth. So then, I decided to look another load a find good load so I encourage drivers to watch out before u get here they deserve one star even (0) star silgan company in Seymour be careful drivers

Every time I've been here I've never had a problem. Office staff are friendly for the most part and, depending how busy they are, it's a relatively quick turn around for a live load/unload. Docking area can be a wee bit tight but nothing too bad.
