I love the location and the convenience of the bank. The ATM let's you deposit money and that's a big plus for me. The tellers are always friendly and helpful.

Not only did they close their branch in my town, they took the ATM out so I have to either pay another bank's fees or drive to another town to access my money.When they did have a branch, I had a large check that I took inside instead of going through the ATM, and was greeted with "don't you know you can take checks to the ATM." Guess this poor customer service is why the branch closed, why have one if you don't even want to help the customers that come in there?

The bank business Manager said she would get back to me about 10 different times over a 3 week period as I kept calling and asking for help with a couple questions that I had. She never did get back to me. Very sad.

Do not use this bank. They charge you for stuff all the time. Specially the core credit card from them. They started charging me out of no where and wont tell me why even though I've made all my payments on time and never went over my limit.

With COVID-19, difficulty entering the bank was expected. Signs were posted that the lobby was closed unless scheduled ahead of time. Since the check we needed to deposit exceeded ATM or mobile banking allowances, we went through the drive-thru. Low and behold though, the bank has eliminated all courtesy pens. As simple as it may seem... I can't even describe the annoyance felt when the tellers are too lazy to clean pens in-between customers so that pens could be provided. I can't deposit on my own, I can't see someone the same day unless scheduled previously... the minimum customer service that could be provided in a pandemic for day-of service... might be a pen. Would recommend management consider that it's the only "above-and-beyond" service you can provide in this environment.

Great team of professional, very friendly & helpful people. Have always felt they put me & my needs first above their breaks or quitting time. If they can put up with this JOKER they are good people & have always been treated very well.
