They don't truly care about their employees. Just was let go because I called in 4 times in 5 weeks. 2 of which were serious emergencies and the last 2 was because I was sick.. plus from the conditions they're being kept in isn't safe for the dogs or employees. Don't work there nor do business with them!!!! I was also following their fb page and they removed me and blocked me from it immediately after letting me go too.

I will first start off saying that my babies do appear to be unharmed physically. I dropped my cat and 2 dogs off to be groomed. Normal bath, scissor cut trim around belly, butt and paws. This is also supposed to include nail trim and teeth cleaning. Appt time was 9:30. Got there about 9:25ish.. we came in behind 2 other dogs and there were 2 other dogs waiting behind us to be checked in.. was told 3-4 hours.. called around noon to check the price and see if they accept credit card yet. Of course not, but I was told my animals would not be done until 5pm!!! I stated how insane that was and asked why!?!?! I was told "the drying room is really humid and it just takes that long to dry. I stated it wouldnt have anything to do with the amount of animals that came in at the same time!? If the problem was they were all waiting on the same groomer? She said no they have a groomer for each animal (indicating there were 8 groomers there, including herself) but thats the only thing that makes sense for them to need to be there 8 hours. Not to mention they said 5 and it was only noon!
So I asked when the cat would be done. They said about and hour. I told them that I would be there in about an hour to get her and I was taking my dogs with me. Dry or not!! Because them being at a groomer for 8 hours is unacceptable, especially if they are in a humid drying room for that long. Needless to say I talked to a manager and miraculously they were all ready to go by 1:20!! she text me she said " some other groomers chipped in and got them done, they can all be picked up at 1:20." This proves to me that all my animals were waiting on the same groomer and it was taking that person that long for them all.
They came home yesterday and did absolutely nothing but sleep! The nail trim jobs were terrible (some long, some short) they didnt have their teeth brushed And both dogs still smelled bad, I had to rebath them. The cuts were very uneven and one dog still had knots in her fur. I dont believe they trimmed my Aussie at all, but its probably a good thing because they probably would have messed up her coat.
The cat did get her lion cut and seems to be a decent job but the head part is way too low for the type of cut.
None of my animals will return. Your pet is nothing but a $$$$. They dont care for their well being. Poor dogs at the daycare. Wish I could give 0 stars

I had a great experience at Paws-N-Klaws Pet Parlor today. A huge thank you to the groomer for trimming Tucker's nails with such care. Tucker seemed right at home, entering like a pro with no barking, just pure happiness and tail wagging. It's evident that the groomer took exceptional care of him during his visit. 631 W. 2nd St. Seymour, IN. 47274 812.524.7160 Paws-N-Claws Pet Parlor is definitely Tucker's go-to spot for grooming needs.

Just had my dogs nails trimmed here for the first time. Although her nails did get trimmed and they didn’t cut her quicks as I’ve experienced at other groomers, there are still several reasons I won’t return: #1 - when you walk in the front door, you’re smacked in the face with the most horrendous smell. The place is filthy, and that’s just the lobby. Who knows what the grooming and boarding facilities look and smell like. #2 - my dog still has her dew claws. When I got to my car after her trim was complete, I decided to check and see if they were trimmed and they weren’t. I did tell the receptionist when we first got there. She said she told the groomer but apparently he didn’t hear her. Either way, it’s the groomer’s responsibility to complete the job thoroughly, which includes making sure to trim every nail. I had to take her back in so they could get those 2 nails. And #3 - the don’t take cards. I left my wallet at home and just stuck my card in my pocket so I didn’t have cash or check with me. I had to run over to the gas station to use the atm. Not terrible, but definitely inconvenient.

I thought this place was good but when I went to pick up my big old that had been there for the first time she was so horse she could barely even get out of bark or a wine very disappointed I was and I don't like the fact that they don't let you view the kennels they are in they show you a picture on a phone and only one picture and that's it and rush the dog off won't be back I also want to add day or not very clear about payment thank God we had cash on us the only take cash or check.

I was NOT pleased with this groomer.Took it upon themselves to give my Maltese a dry bath instead of a regular shampoo. Her nails were never trimmed. Her hair was still long and nasty looking. On, never again!!

Don't call when a dog gets out. They wait until the owner shows up 3+ hours later to pick the dog up. Also, they don't inform people before they show up for boarding that they have a kennel cough out brake, leaving the family no choice but to board their dog with them. The dog is up to date on vacations and still ends up sick. They also love blocking people who speak up about their business.
