“My SIM card went bad last night and after 2hrs on with Verizon tech support they couldn't fix the issue nor have any solutions for me other than to contact another Verizon tech support. Out of frustration took it into the store in Seymour. Cody knew what the issue was right away and got me back up and running and out the door in no time flat. If you have any issues go talk to Cody at the Seymour store.”
