So I watched the teller turn 7 cars away between 5:01 and 5:06 because she closed at 5pm. That's just poor customer service. There's plenty of banks out there, just saying.

Rude drive thru people! I waited almost 10 minutes then when I pushed the call button I got a "be with you in a minute" and didn't even give me a chance to ask my question. Then gave me a receipt and didn't ask anything else. I will be visiting a different bank from now on

Teller error from assistant manager got my account frozen four times sense May when I complain to Manager he told me there are other banks out there so that my advice to you if you want you money and go management go to a different bank it sad that all the tellers who know how to do their job work for those too

The members at the Seymour, Indiana branch are second to none. Their awareness and strive to treat me like a person instead of an account number is by far the best bank I have ever dealt with.
