They gave a quote to do body work but didn't think to check on availability on the materials needed, given the car is 20+ years old, I asked them to do exactly that, then when they found the parts were not available, they chickened out and had the insurance company call me and let me know. That's not how you are supposed to do things.

I had gotten a quote from them to repair the body of my wifes car after an accident. they gave an estimate to the insurance company and they approved it.when it came time to do the work, they found they could not get the parts. I would think the time to find this out is BEFORE a quote is made. I know that if I cannot get parts for it, it is irresponsible of me to waste my customers time (and mine) pursuing a repair that cannot be done.Then when they did discover it, they chickened out on calling me and had the insurance company call me instead, WHY? Because I asked them to see if they could get the parts before this all happened. I saw this coming, why not them?

Used this buisness in 2021 after my very first wreck, friendly receptionist, and repaired my front end where you wouldn't even know it was in a wreck! Good at new! Would definatly use them again. My open complaint is my door lock sometimes doesn't unlock but not really an issue and repair just took longer than I'd like but was only vehicle at the time, takes time for good work! Over all Thank you!

I had a decent amount of repairs on my vehicle that took longer than anticipated due to parts being delayed. Every time I called for updates and questions, Kara and Karen were very friendly and helpful and always called me back with updates. Once the repairs were complete, they washed the outside and inside of my car, which I wasn’t expecting so that was an added bonus! My car looked even better when I picked it up than it did when I dropped it off!! (For obvious reasons, but they took care of it today.) Five star rating. Just had my Honda HRV repaired after getting rear-ended . It looks perfect, like it never happened.
