We were looking for a lazyboy chair and Robin helped us select the right one for our needs. She even remembered the couch we purchased from her 6 years ago and was able to assist with compatible fabric selection for the new chair. The special order was delivered sooner than expected. Shawn passed on a deeper discount to us because our order was part of a larger order for the store. For over 30 years Greemann's has been our go to store for tables, bedroom suites and mattresses, couches and chairs. We highly recommend Shawn and Robin at Greemann's for all your furniture purchases.

We had a mixed experience with our purchase.Pros: The delivery guys were very nice and helpful. The guy from the warehouse got us our mattress as soon as it came in once he found out how long we'd been waiting.Cons: The salesman didn't seem at all interested in helping us find a mattress. He busied himself with unpacking some sheets while we waited to be helped. Once we picked a mattress, we were given a 7-10 day delivery time frame. It ended up taking close to three weeks. When I called to find out if the mattress was in at the ten day mark, I was told it would be at least another week, and no definite date was given. A call the following week resulted in a call back from the salesperson who said that Thanksgiving had caused delays. When the mattress arrived, the box springs were way too high. When I went to the store to pick up the lower box springs and pay my bill, I inquired if the price was the same for the lower box springs. Before I got the entire sentence out, a man who was helping someone else curtly responded that there was no difference in the price. He didn't even look up from what he was doing. He just blurted it out. All around, I found the salespeople were lacking in the customer service department.I have read the other reviews, and I see that my experience is not the usual one. Maybe they were just overwhelmed because of the time of year. However, I will not be shopping at Greemann's again, and I could not recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend shopping at Greeman’s. They have beautiful furniture at great prices, and their staff are super nice, helpful, and easy to work with. Will shop here again!

We traveled from out of state to purchase a discontinued item. Greemann’s let us put a deposit down and pick it up at a later time - had it ready to go when we arrived to pick it up. Wonderful to work with!

Great shopping experience while there, delivery team was great too...Had to make a few adjustments to get the pieces in their designated rooms and the delivery team was extremely patient and helpful through it all.

Quick, and friendly service! Did the majority of the purchase online, and on the phone. I love the fact that they take the old furniture away, and deliver the new furniture.

Went looking for a recliner that fit and had previously looked at two stores. When I sat in this La-z-Boy one, I knew I had to have it. It is the best chair ever and worth every penny! Nick made the buying experience quick and easy plus the added bonus I was able to take home same day!
