I've never had any problems here they couldn't resolve. I've been to the North Vernon & Seymour branches & the people there are super friendly & helpful! Would recommend this bank to anyone!

German american bank is really terrible getting so sick of banking with them as soon I find a another bank I will close all my accounts with them ..I would not recommend this bank to anyone

Over all good service. But I would prefer to have my pay check in my account when it goes into the bank, instead of having to wait till 7 AM in the morning
