I ordered a gravity fed charcoal grill from Home Depot (Masterbuilt 800). Purchase was made on 5-31-2022 and was delivered to my house 6-08-2022. Opened the box on 6-12-2022 to begin assembly. I found out the cooking grates and Griddle were missing. I called Home Depot and talked with a manager who told me to call the manufacturer. Couldn't call Masterbuilt because it was automated and the voice mail was full, so had to email them and include pics of the grill showing no grates, the receipt of purchase, and the model number and serial number. I received an email back telling me a customer service.consultant would get back to me within 5 days!! Really??? This could have been easily resolved by giving me the grates and griddle from the floor model instead I'm stuck waiting a week before I can use the grill and paid over $700. for the grill. Not good customer service by both Home Depot and the manufacturer.

Shopping alert: Home-depot is raising the cost of the plants, placing new price tags over the lower price. Shop at Lowes or Menards, at least they are transparent with the pricing!

This home depot is trash. ordered 15 thousand in cabinets september 1st 2021 Its now alsmost February and still dont have the complete order. If buying something big like windows, doors cabinets or appliances avoid the seymour store. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

My husband and I ordered a front door March 7 and found out in May, (after calling every Friday after the expected delivering date) that this Hope Depo had LOST my door! No one told us anything!! Here in May we called the Vender ourselves; to find out HD lost our door!! Now being told they would help with another door by getting us another door and accommodate the lost time & door! (Bc the vender no longer builds the one we bought the 1st time) At this moment we we’re told we was not getting a door and it’s our fault ordering such a particular door!!! Very disappointed in the HD! Would not recommend unless you can see it and can buy it right then!

Home Depot’s Order Online and Pick-Up in Store Service is a single woman’s best friend! The Deck Belt on my Cub Cadet Riding Mower broke so I found the part number and ordered it this morning at work on Home Depot Website and after work they had it waiting at the counter for me. Faster and Cheaper than Amazon was going to be! They even have a link to show me how to put it on myself!! Thanks Home Depot!
