I love family medical center. I see dr Aaron Frey. I haven’t had a good family doctor in years. He’s always quick to answer my questions and always hears my concerns and is truly a caring doctor! Since switching there, I’ve not been disappointed with him! I’m always quick to get in and out too not waiting for hours in a doctors office!

The last time I was seen here, I told the Dr. what symptoms I had and what has helped me in the past because I had been through this every year for the past 15 plus years. I told him the medicine that does not help and I was given a similar medicine and not the one that was more affective. It took me longer to get over my illness and caused me to be off work longer than necessary. Fast forward to this week and my Mom had an appointment, which she was a half hour early to, only to wait at least an hour after her appointment time to see the Dr. Then they were supposed to send in a prescription and never did. Mom waited in town for 6 hours waiting for it and it never was sent to the pharmacy. She did call them at least 2 times to ask if they had sent it and was told they would tell the Dr. right then, and it never happened. She suffered through the night and went somewhere else the next morning. It's hit or miss with this place at best. I've had good experiences here as well but when you feel bad you need a more reliable assurance that you will be helped quickly, in my opinion. I believe it depends on who you see here, not all the personnel leave you hanging.
